| 1 package (6oz) smoked ham 1/2 cup light cream cheese spread 4 Kosher Dill Pickles Spears Spread ham evenly with cream cheese using about 1 Tbsp of cream cheese on each ham slice. Cut each pickle spear in half lengthwise, Place 1 pickle piece on each ham slice; roll up. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Cut each roll-up crosswise into 4 pieces. Secure each piece with a toothpick, if desired. Makes about 16 servings, 2 roll-ups each. |
